About Science Nutt

In 2009, Ms. Nutt started her career in education as an instructional assistant in an Autism Program. After two years as an instructional assistant, Ms. Nutt started her Masters in Special Education at Shenandoah University and began teaching. Ms. Nutt taught Special Education until 2022, when she decided to make the move to Science! Ms. Nutt loves science and mathematics (which she is also licensed to teach by the VDOE).  When she isn't at school, she enjoys yoga, photography, reading, binge-watching shows, playing with technology, building things, and spending time with her two little boys (1st grade & 4th grade) and all their dogs and cats.
